Yes, it's the best hotel in Khon kaen, but the guy with one eye is always a king among the blinds. Reception is friendly so far. If you check in, noone explains you anything, you need to ask for.
Rooms are big, but oldschool. The worst was the orchid lobby bar. The lady there was not smiling at all, bad service, drinks took forever. It was clean so far, the pool was ok and no noise in the room booked the city site - pool site has a club close by Breakfast was also good.
The german Brauhaus has good beer, but the food is not good and mega overprized. The Cleo Bar is made for single men, but good.

This hotel delivers by far not what one should expect from a 5-star-hotel, especially not if you are a loyal Accor customer as I am I am an Accor Platinum Card holder. Location is close to the red light district but very far from the city center and the night markets.
