Always love this show, though would prefer playback with real singing rather than lip sync or a real band!. A heartwarming experience. Music was too loud.
Maybe needs better speakers. My heart is always happy after the show. We went as a family to watch this show and absolutely loved it. The performers were brilliant, Very enthusiastic. Costumes were fab aswel as the dance routines. Well worth a watch. We have also seen shows in Bangkok and Phuket and this was definitely the most entertaining. My 5 year old neice was desperate to watch this show with us and after speaking to some of the ladies we decided it would be ok to take her.
She adored the singing, dancing, costumes and performers. There are couple of inappropriate bits for a child that young but after a quick eye cover it was over. The rest is on a par with todays pop music videos. The only reason I've not scored 5 is that drinks were slightly overpriced and you are expected to give tips ever time you order a drink.
We came here on a Monday night got tickets at the door - but don't leave it until the last minute as it was full to capacity and several tables had been reserved in advance. The show was everything you'd want from a cabaret fronted by Thai lady boys - incredible dancing, outrageous costumes, terrible lip-syncing and heaps of fun.
Things to bear in mind - drinks are by tattle service and the barmaids will expect tips; and if you sit near the front, you might be pulled on stage for some crowd participation. I and five other guys got taken backstage, dressed in drag and danced for the audience, which I found hilarious, but you might not! Fantastic experience, well worth a look. I went during the week and there was no line and no shortage of tickets. The acts are fun, full of energy, lots of glitzy costumes.
