Contact Admin. Had the unfortunate luck to stay at this horrible lodge on 27 to 30 December with my family. Firstly unclean, secondly did not supply extra bed that I paid for even after numerous requests in person but the worst experience was to have reception and 2 prostitutes with their clients open our room at 2 o'clock in the morning while my family and I were asleep.
They entered our room and luckily my wife who is a light sleeper awoke and screamed at them as to what we're they doing. They hastily left the room claiming that reception wanted to show the prostitutes our room and had mistakenly opened ours. That was nonsense as ours was the only family room.
God only knows what would have been the outcome had my wife not gotten up. For the remainder of the night we stayed awake listening to the prostitutes playing hide and seek with their clients and they even banged on our door a couple of times. As soon as it got light we left that horrible place and vowed never to go back and also warn as many people as we can. We did not get any further than the reception desk. The other review stating that the Doggy parlour reception is in a better state - is quite correct.
I asked to use the reception loo upon arrival - it smelled of urine! I was not preparedto take a chance on the rooms and cancelled my booking immediately. It also does not look very safe - especially forladies travelling alone. We decided to break up our travel to Kosi Bay and overnight here.
The meal in the adjacent restaurant was good but the rest was shocking. Firstly our booking was muddled and we were left short of beds.
