On your departure, take your time to find the tax and duty free items you want from participating retailers. When you go to buy them you can choose to leave your shopping for pick up on arrival back into Auckland Airport - it could not be easier! On your return simply pick up your products when you get off the plane at the collection counters of the duty free stores.

There are also change tables in the female toilets throughout the international and domestic terminals. The Collection Point is the pick-up point for duty and tax-free goods purchased from participating stores off-airport throughout New Zealand that offer a tax and duty-free sales service. The international terminal is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
