Specially it is far less tolerated from tourists Mainly by the society I mean. If you are looking simply for chit chatting with girls, just do it in any public place. But Iranian girls are not that much into one night stands. But what i understand from internet is that there are some streets in Tehran , where you can by a vehicle and pick up girls.
